Child Centered Play Therapy

Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) is a research-supported, play-based approach designed for children ages 3 to 10 who may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, or relational challenges. Because play is a child’s natural language, CCPT allows children to express feelings, explore experiences, and make sense of their world in a way that feels safe and familiar.

Group Therapy for Kids
& Teens

Building Connection, Confidence, and Emotional Skills

Group therapy offers children and adolescents a safe, supportive space to connect with peers, share experiences, and learn important emotional and social skills. Led by trained therapists, group sessions help kids feel less alone in their struggles while encouraging personal growth, empathy, and communication.

Therapy for Adolescents

Adolescents today face a wide range of pressures—social, academic, emotional, and more—that can affect their overall mental health and well-being. Therapy can provide a supportive space for teens to navigate these challenges and help things feel more manageable for both them and their families.

Parenting Services

CPRT is a 10-week, play-based program that helps parents strengthen their bond with their child while learning practical tools to manage behavior and build emotional connection. Designed for children ages 3 to 8 (and adaptable for toddlers and preteens), CPRT is ideal for families navigating emotional outbursts, anxiety, defiance, or attachment struggles.
